Wabash Rises To No. 8 On D3football.com Top 25

The Wabash College football team, which opened the 2012 season with a bye in week one, has risen two spots from No. 10 to No. 8 on the D3football.com Top 25 Poll. The Little Giants' No. 10-ranking on the D3football.com preseason poll marked the highest preseason ranking for a Wabash squad in the history of the web site’s poll. In addition to Wabash, the Wittenberg University football squad was also recognized in the "others receiving votes" portion of the poll.
