Six NCAC Baseball Players Named to ABCA-Rawlings All-Mideast Region Team

Kenyon junior Jesse Weiss (Los Angeles, CA/Winward) and Wabash junior Montana Timmons (Lafayette, IN/McCutcheon) highlight the list of conference baseball standouts who were named to the 2012 ABCA/Rawlings NCAA Division III All-Mideast Region Team.

Weiss and Timmons were selected to the Second Team. NCAC Player of the Year John Holm (Naperville, IL/Naperville Central), Wooster sophomore Eddie Reese (Canfield, OH/Cardinal Mooney), DePauw sophomore Brendan Pashia (St. Louis, MO/De Smet Jesuit) and NCAC Pitcher of the Year Josh Stidham (Monclova, OH/Anthony Wayne) were selected to the third team.

The North Coast also had three athletes receive 2012 ABCA/Rawlings Mideast Region Gold Glove Awards in Allegheny junior Mike Kastelic (Johnstown, PA/Bishop McCort) and DePauw seniors Rob McPike (Avon, IN/Avon) and Alex Wright (Fishers, IN/Cathedral).
