2011-12 Learfield Sports Directors' Cup Final Standings
For the second consecutive season, Denison led all North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) members in the final standings for the 2011-12 Learfield Sports Directors' Cup in 33rd-place (435.50). DePauw finished in 42nd-place with 368.50 points, while Wittenberg rounded out the top 50 teams in the standings in 50th (317.25).
Three more NCAC squads cracked the top-100, including Kenyon in 61st (285.00), Wabash in 66th (271.25) and Ohio Wesleyan in 85th (225.00).
In addition, Wooster placed 134th (145.00), Allegheny was 150th (125.50), Oberlin tied for 187th (89.00) and Hiram tied for 236th (50.00).
The Learfield Sports Directors' Cup was developed as a joint effort between the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) and the USA Today. Points are awarded based on each institutions finish in up to 18 sports -- nine women's and nine men's.
