Allegheny AD, Portia Hoeg, Named Vice Chair Of NCAA Div. III Management Council

The Division III Management Council elected Wilmington College (Ohio) Athletics Director Terry Rupert as chair of the group for the 2013 term. In addition, The Council elected Allegheny College Athletics Director Portia Hoeg to replace Rupert as vice chair for 2013. Her term on the Council lasts through the 2014 Convention.
